Ingredients: 1: Cooking Oil 2/1 cup
2: Onion 1 chopped
3: Tomato 2 chopped
4: Ginger &garlic paste 2Tbs
5: Turmeric Powder 2/1 tsp
6: Red Chilli Powder 2/1 tsp
7: Coriander Powder 2/1 tsp
8: Cumin powder 2/1 tsp
9: Arabic Powder 1 tsp
10: Dry Lemon 1
11: Cinnamon Stick 2
12: Chopped Green Coriander 5Tbs
13: Chopped Dill Leafs 3Tbs
14: Rice 2/1 k
15: 1 Chicken
16: Salt for taste

Method : 1: Put oil and Saute onion tomato and ginger garlic paste with cinnamon and dry lemon.
2: Added the spices and cook it than added chicken
3: Put water for boiling the chicken keep it for 20 min.
4: After boiled the chicken take out from water and prepare it for grill.
5: On the water added the rice and cover it with foil for steam keep it another 30 min.
